The interview process starts with up to two telephone interviews. These calls are conversational and typically last not more than 45 minutes, with a focus on your prior experiences, platform knowledge and personal interest in Humanitec. We also give time for you to ask questions and reflect your first impression of the Humanitec company culture, mission and tasks. Engineering interviews tend to include technical questions about the main pillars of the digitalisation process – including data structures and software engineering.
After a successful telephone interview, it´s time to meet our team and have an on-site interview. We want to make sure that team members fit together smoothly, have fun and combine their strengths. We are excited to meet you and unlock your potential.
Depending on which open position you apply, your on-site interview will be either in Berlin or San Francisco. But don´t worry, we’ll help to coordinate all aspects of your trip throughout your entire interview process.
