It seems every high performing engineering organization is building Service catalogs, Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) or applying Value Stream Management (VSM) concepts to their workflows. But what does it all mean?

In this webinar, we will have a closer look at Service Catalogs, IDPs and VSM to answer some key questions.

We will discuss how a service catalog based on metadata discovery from CI/CD, git, Kubernetes and enriched with events from Jira tickets helps create transparency across the tech stack.

You will learn how to:

  • Create transparency across your DevOps toolchain with a service catalog
  • Aggregate metadata into actionable KPIs and enrich the context of your services to maintain business
  • Enable developer self-service with an IDP to improve on key metrics like lead time, deployment frequency and change failure rate

After a 30 minutes talk, there will be 15 minutes for Q&A. We’d like to encourage you to submit your questions in advance.

A recording of the webinar and related materials will be shared with webinar attendees afterwards.

Audience - who should join?

DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, System Engineers, Infrastructure Kubernetes Administrators, Technical Architects, Application Developers with an affinity with DevOps and Technical Management.
