Working in the IT industry for over 20 years, Paula is passionate about community, diversity and inclusion and has a range of speaking experience including DevOpsDays, DevOps Enterprise Summit, Velocity Conference, QCon and the LeadDev conference.
Paula is part of the organising committee for Kubernetes Community Days UK and DevOps Days London, and also organises the London Platform User Group.

Mathieu is the DevOps Engineering Manager at Nesto, leading a tactical team of DevOps engineers in evolving the company’s Internal Development Platform to the next level. Mathieu has been developing software, frameworks and platforms for more than two decades in industries such as video streaming and machine learning, with a deep passion for DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes and everything cloud native.
